While I generally do not recommend doing so, I would just torrent fable 3. If they ever decide fable 2 pc game put the game back on the market then you could always buy the game without the extortion prices.
As fable 2 pc game probably know by now you can buy them again on the xbox one marketplace. Fable doesnt work on the pc anymore due to windows 10 not being compatible with it.
